1. Returns or Exchanges:

    All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items purchased from our store ( Except Size Exchanges ). Every item is made to order, that is your item is made just for you. Due to our items being made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is mistake on our side. Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase before finalizing your transaction.                                                                                                                                                         

2. Refund & Replacement : 

   If your item arrives physically damaged upon delivery or misprinted or broken, or wrong size deliver, you can raise a request for the claim within 24 hours of the delivery post. We will review the situation and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or offer a refund for the damaged item.                                                                                                                                                                                                               

✨ You need to email us at care@zooore.com with proper images of the product   showing the defect or damaged and original packing. We will re-print and ship a new product to you within 07 working days (from the damage product received).

✨To process a claim for a damaged items, please provide :

✨  A clear photo of the damage

✨  Your order number

✨  A brief description of the issue                              

3. Color Exchange? :

    We do not accept any Exchanges for color, Every item is made to order, that is your item is made just for you. Due to our items being made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.                                                                                                                              

4. What items are Size Exchangeable? :

    Exchangeable items are (All plain or solid color T-shirt / Graphic printed T-shirt / and Solid color Hoodies)                                                                                          

5. What items are Size not Exchangeable? :  

    The following items cannot be returned:

   • Gift cards
   • Discounted items (if applicable)
   • Use Loyalty Points 
   • Graphic Printed Hoodies & All over printed T shirt
