1. Returns or Exchanges: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items purchased from our store (Except Size Exchanges With Fees). Every item is made to order, that is your item is made just for you. Due to our items being made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is mistake on our side. Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase before finalizing your transaction.                                   
2. Refund & Replacement : If your item arrives physically damaged upon delivery or misprinted or broken, or wrong size deliver, you can raise a request for the claim within 24 hours of the delivery post. We will review the situation and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or offer a refund for the damaged item.                           

✨ You need to email us at care@zooore.com with proper images of the product showing the defect or damaged and original packing. We will re-print and ship a new product to you within 07 working days (from the damage product received). 

✨ To process a claim for a damaged items, please provide :

3. Color Exchanges: We do not accept any Exchanges for color, Every item is made to order, that is your item is made just for you. Due to our items being made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.                           
4. Size Exchanges Items: (A) Size Exchanges Fees Rs.150/- for each items (All plain or solid color T-shirt / Regular fit printed T-shirt / Crop top and Tank top) You need to pay to the Couriers Guy time of the Exchanges product delivery.           ;                
5. Size Exchanges Items: (B) Size Exchanges Fees Rs.250/- for each items (Printed Oversized T-shirt / Supima Cotton T-shirt / sweatshirt and hoodie / Polo T-shirts You need to pay to the Couriers Guy time of the Exchanges product delivery.            ;         
6.
